Dr Disrespect has introduced his own $100,000 Fortnite Zero Build tournament. The Hot Shop Duo Drop, set to take place on May 27, will see a 2v2 Zero Build elimination race.
Fortnite’s new Zero Build mode is rejoicing in the attention of the community and seems to be enjoyable enough to bring the Guy “DrDisrespect” Beahm IV back to the game.
The popular YouTuber, in collaboration with Epic Games, promises an entertaining show with $100K on the line.

Dr Disrespect’s Hot Shop Duo Drop tournament will be a kill-race competition, similar to what known streamers were doing in the old days of Fortnite Fridays.
While the format is yet unclear, it seems that two duos will drop in for each round of the custom lobby and aim to earn as many eliminations as possible. More details, such as prize distribution, banned items, rules and the list of competitors are yet to be announced.
Expectedly, the event will be broadcast on Dr’s YouTube Channel, starting at 1PM PT (10 PM CEST) on Friday, May 27.
While it is not clear how many Duos will attend the competition, multiple streamers and Fortnite players already asked for an invitation, including the likes of Ben “DrLupo” Lupo, Aydan “Aydan” Conrad, Timothy “Bizzle” Miller or Lachlan “Lachlan” Power.
