As we have highlighted several times in previous articles, Riot Games created a partnership program through the VALORANT Champions Tour. Ten teams from each region will battle for glory for an entire season.

The EMEA region is one of the three regions created for the VCT 2023. As mentioned, ten teams were selected by Riot as partners to see who would be at this region’s top.

The teams will play each other for the first time in Sao Paulo next year and will face a new league format immediately.

While the partner teams were confirmed several weeks ago, the official line-ups for each squad were confirmed just a few hours ago, and here are the details.

Confirmed EMEA team rosters for VCT 2023

BBL Esports

  • AsLanM4shadoW
  • Qutionerx
  • Turko
  • Brave
  • Elite

This team is from Turkey and will play for the first time at the highest competitive level after being one of the teams selected by Riot in its EMEA partnership program.

This team has not had a successful track record since its inception. Their best finish was seventh-eighth place in the VCT 2022 EMEA LCQ.

Fnatic

  • Boaster
  • Derke
  • Alfajer
  • Leo
  • Chronicle

You can’t miss the popular European organization Fnatic. Whenever there are top-level events or tournaments in any esports, Fnatic is among the participating teams, which is why they are one of the most successful organizations in the eSports scene.

For this VCT EMEA 2023 season, Fnatic brings only one change in their roster that led them to finish between a fifth and sixth place in Champions 2022. Chronicle is the player who has been part of the team since November.

Fans of the team hope this new squad will improve on the good performances of the past in 2023.

FUT Esports

  • Mojj
  • qRaxs
  • qw1
  • MrFaliN
  • ATA KAPTAN
  • Muj

Turkey’s current best team will now face the big boys from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

FUT Esports managed to take victory in the VRL 2022 Turkey: Brilik Stage 2, as well as first place in the finals of the VRL 2022, beating Team Vitality.

This team seems to have no limits, and they hope to prove their excellent competitive level at VCT EMEA 2023.

Giants Gaming

  • Fit1nho
  • Hoody
  • Nukkye
  • Rhyme
  • Cloud

2022 of the Spanish team Giants Gaming was not as expected since they did not achieve an important result in any competitions they attended.

2023 is expected to be promising for the team as a team associated with VCT EMEA.

Karmine Corp

  • Shin
  • Newzera
  • ScreaM
  • Nivera
  • Xms

Despite being a relatively new team on the VALORANT competitive scene, Karmine Corp has secured the services of an experienced and talented player in ScreaM.

ScreaM joined the team with his brother Nivera after turning Team Liquid into one of the best teams in Europe last season. So, there are high hopes for this new KCorp team for 2023.

NaVi

  • ANGE1
  • Shao
  • Zyppan
  • SUYGETSU
  • cNed

NaVi is, without a doubt, synonymous with any shooter in esports.

For 2023, they come in with a completely new line-up, consisting of one of the best teams from the previous season, FunPlus Phoenix. In addition, ANGE1 and Shao, and Zyppan are outstanding players.

SUYGETSU is considered one of the best players in VALORANT at the moment. While cNed arrives from Acend to make a splash and lead NaVi to victory in 2023.

Team Heretics

  • Keloqz
  • Mixwell
  • Zeek
  • Boo
  • AvovA

Keloqz, mixwell, and AvovA, former G2 Esports players, come to Team Heretics to give strength to a team that is called to be very important in the VCT EMEA.

While Boo and Zeek have an excellent level of play that they hope to complement with their three new teammates for 2023.

Team Liquid

  • Soulcas
  • Jamppi
  • Dimasick
  • Redgar
  • nAts
  • Sayf

Team Liquid’s prospects for 2023 are excellent. With the inclusion of Redgar, nAts, and Sayf, they intend to be one of the best teams in the region and fight to be the best in the world.

Redgar is the pillar of this Team Liquid team, which comes from M3 Champions, a squad that led to the grand final of Champions 2021, where they finished in second place.

Team Vitality

  • ceNder
  • BONECOLD
  • MOLSI
  • Destrian
  • Twisten

Of the 2021 line-up, only ceNder remains. The rest of the players have joined throughout 2022.

Last season for Team Vitality was dreadful, as they did not participate in any significant event, i.e., they were left out of the Masters and the Championship.

The organization hopes that, with this clean slate, the team can be at the top of the region.

KOI

  • Koldamenta
  • Sheydos
  • Trexx
  • Wolfen
  • ThoR

This organization is one of the youngest in the VALORANT competitive scene. In addition, they have managed to bring exceptionally talented and, above all, young players to the squad.

Koldemanta and trexx were teammates in Guild Esports, so they know each other perfectly. Sheydos comes from M3 Champions, and Wolfen from Case Esports. While the team has not yet confirmed their fifth player for the 2023 VCT season, in the meantime, their backup, Thor, will play as a starter.
