In 2023, it was the first time the MWI was held as a LAN event. Ten all-female teams from across SEA were represented.

The semifinals and grand final took place at the Summarecon Mall Bekasi in Indonesia, where they battled for the title of champions and a share of the $30,000 prize purse.

The most popular women’s esports competition is MLBB MWI

Women’s esports championships are essential for female players to have a platform where they can polish their talent and improve as athletes. Although several developers are famous for organizing all-female tournaments, no title in the world attracts as many spectators as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

We can mention MWI 2022, which, according to Esports Charts data, the peak audience of the tournament was 392,405 viewers, the highest figure for an all-female esports competition to date. However, a staggering 57,607 viewers per show was average.

Unfortunately, this year could not break last year’s record; this time, the maximum audience was 179,304 viewers at its peak, approximately 45% of the maximum viewers of 2022. At the same time, the average number of viewers was 43,642, approximately 75% of last year.
