The Fragster CS:GO League has been part of the German Counter-Strike scene for a year now and next week, it’s entering its 4th season! We’re looking forward to the next season and have prepared some cool features for you to see during the games!

The Fragster CS:GO league has already distributed more than €35,000 among the German teams over the last three seasons and this year, we will have many old as well as new teams with us. As an important cornerstone for the development of the scene and proving ground for new lineups, we are proud to welcome IT-Jobs.de on board as a partner!

When does the Fragster CS:GO League start?

The Fragster CS:GO League starts on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 6:30 PM CET. The second matchday is directly afterwards on February 8.

Here is the schedule for the first two matchdays:

  • 07.02.2023 18:30 Sissi State Punks vs. Munich Esports
  • 07.02.2023 21:00 Division vs. Entropy Gaming
  • 02/08/2023 18:30 Snogard Dragons vs. EPIC DUDES
  • 02/08/2023 21:00 ovoshi vs. Sunburn Reunion

We welcome two newcomers to the 1st division, namely Munich Esports and Sunburn Reunion, who previously played under Rizon. Through the play-ins, we also gave teams that weren’t previously in the league a chance to qualify, but no one managed to do that because the two squads from the 2nd division were just too strong! This shows how far work ethics and fighting spirit can take you.

Here are all participating teams of the Fragster CS:GO league:

  • Snogard Dragons
  • EPIC DUDES
  • division
  • Entropy Gaming
  • Sissi State Punks
  • Munich Esports
  • ovoshi
  • sunburn reunion

As we kick off the new German CS:GO season, we hope the teams are coming in well-prepared!

What mode does the Fragster CS:GO League use?

The mode of the Fragster CS:GO league remains unchanged for the time being. Although we have thought about several different options, we decided to stay with the proven system.

The teams will play two Bo2 matches every Tuesday and Wednesday. As a result, each organization only has one Bo2 per week and the time required remains manageable. For the more successful lineups, the league is a welcome opportunity to gain some serious playing practice, while the young guns are hungry to outsmart the old hands.

Content is king

In order to present the teams and especially the players correctly, we have planned some small and big things that should serve to introduce them to you better and to offer a platform. It is of course important that the organizations and players work with us and that worked very well in the pre-season, we are very grateful to everyone involved and want to build on this in the future to make the German scene even more interesting.
