The BLAST Premier 2023 in is full swing, and soon we will get to know the names of the six CS:GO teams that will advance to the Spring Finals, while the remaining six squads will get a chance to fight their way in through the Spring Showdown.

For now, we only know one team that claimed a spot in the Spring Final — Groups A’s Team Vitality. Tonight, however, we’ll find out another two names, as Groups B and C will determine their winners.

But before that, let’s take a look at how the Spring Groups teams see their chances for advancing into the Spring Final.

CS:GO pros speak on their Spring Groups chances

MAGISK, TEAM VITALITY

“I know that with us as a team, we can beat any team if we play to our highest level. But we also know it’s not easy nowadays. You have to play well every single day to be able to do that. But I also know that we can do it if we play well and I think we have the potential to make it through and avoid the Showdown. But we will see what happens at the start of the season because it can be tough to get into the routines again after vacation. We have to take one game at a time and see how we perform.”

TWISTZZ, FAZE CLAN

“I think it’s tough to say. It really depends on how much preparation the teams on our group have done, and how their practices have been going. Liquid’s the only team that I can be sure of what to expect. And I think our expectations are just to qualify, it doesn’t really matter how we do it.”

BUZZ, ASTRALIS

“I definitely think we’re going to qualify for the Finals. I think we’ve been looking pretty good lately and we have some pretty hard hitters on our team. So yeah, I think we have a pretty decent chance.”

AUTIMATIC, EVIL GENIUSES

“I’m not too sure. I mean, the practice has been going pretty well for the most part. So if we’re going strictly by practice results, then yeah, I would say that we should have a good chance. But a lot of things can go wrong in official matches and a lot of weaknesses can be exploited. So I don’t really have an expectation.”

“I think we have a chance, especially in our group with Liquid, OG, and then kind of a broken FaZe at the moment. I think we definitely could make top six.”
