The next Call of Duty title to hit the mobile screens will finally drop after months of anticipation.

Activision announced Thursday that its long-anticipated Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile battle royale title will be released worldwide, after a few months of delay. Activision earlier said that it needed more time to polish up the mobile shooter and make it ready for a worldwide release.

The game will feature several modes and will be focusing primarily on Battle Royale.

In a recent blog post from Activision, devs say that the game will primarily feature the popular Verdansk map from the original Warzone, as well as different modes for Battle Royale: a 20-minute battle royale and a 10-minute “mobile royale” mode, as well as the classic Resurgence mode in the crowd favorite Rebirth Island. Private match options will also be made available.

The developers earlier announced that since they hit at least 45 million pre-registrations, a series of rewards aside from Rebirth Island will drop, including special weapon skins (M4 – Archfiend and the X12 – Prince of Hell), a skin for Simon “Ghost” Riley (Ghost – Condemned), as well as some Vinyl Emblems and the already-playable Shoot House map.

Multiplayer modes will also be present in an ode to the classic Call of Duty experience, including a “mosh pit” mode that features core game modes from the Call of Duty universe such as Domination, Hardpoint and Kill Confirmed. Maps such as Shipment will also be featured in the game.

Friend lists from users’ Call of Duty accounts will also be carried over to Warzone Mobile.

A wide array of weapons and operator skins will also be made available for the game, including arsenals from both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III – which is also a cornerstone feature of the game’s cross-platform optimizations. Battle pass progression from the PC and console titles will also carry over to Warzone Mobile.

Pre-registration is now available on the App Store and on Google Play.
