After two seasons, the Slurp Juice returns to Fortnite

After two seasons, Epic Games is bringing back the healing item Slurp Juice. It was originally removed in Chapter 1, but will be reintroduced to the game in the next update.

Slurp Juice was introduced in Chapter 1 and was an item that could heal 75 player health. However, the item didn’t stay in the game for long and was removed again at the beginning of Chapter 2 Season 1. After its long absence, the healthy slurp juice returns!

Fortnite’s Slurp Juice returns

The Slurp Juice was an epic consumable healing item in Battle Royale. The Juice grants 1 health every 0.5 seconds, up to a total of 75. When health is full, a shield is granted instead. The juice can be found in chests, supply drops, vending machines, and supply llamas.

Only 1 Slurp Juice could be active at a time. Back then, the sap was replaced by the mud swamp area and the slurpfish, which had the same effect as the slurp sap. This involved breaking slurp barrels or trucks or standing in slurp water. But it seems like Epic haven’t forgotten about the classic slurp product. According to reputable leaker Shiina, the Slurp Juice will finally make its comeback to battle royale in a content update on February 7th.

Is the Slurp Juice still worth it?

There’s more evidence to back up this claim which comes from a Reddit post by CorptanSpecklez. There, the Redditor shared a screenshot from his “In-Game News Tab” showing the upcoming reveal and simultaneous reintroduction of Slurp Juice. So if you’ve been missing this special item for a long time, rejoice because the wait is finally over!

“I used to pray for times like this,” one person wrote under Shiina’s tweet. Several other Twitter users called the move a “W” from Epic Games.
