At the age of just 18, Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko is one of the best carry players in the world. He reached 12.000 MMR in March 2022 and has demonstrated his skills for both Virtus.pro and Entity, at tournaments such as Dota 2 Champions League Season 9 (third place) and The International 2022 (9th-12th place).
Pure is a formidable Dota 2 player and has received praise from legends like Sebastien “Ceb” Debs. On the surface, his decision to leave Entity seems to be a bad one. After all, why leave a team that obtained excellent results in 2022? But when you look at BetBoom Team’s complete roster, it becomes obvious why he chose to join them.
The last months have been incredible:
Regional Qualifier, surprising everyone and fighting at our first ever TINone of this would've been possible without you, @puredota187

About Pure’s new Dota 2 team
BetBoom Team qualified for The International 11 with a roster led by Akbar “SoNNeikO” Butaev but got eliminated in the group stage. This was a huge disappointment that convinced BetBoom, the bookmaker behind this esports organization, that the only way to get good results was to sign even better players.
And that’s exactly what they did. Arguably, it’s hard to sign a better position 4 player than Vladimir “RodjER” Nikogosian. But his replacement, Vitalie “Save-“ Melnic, will certainly do well.
The complete new roster of BetBoom Team looks like this:
- Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko (position 1)
- Danil “gpk” Skutin (position 2)
- Egor “Nightfall” Grigorenko (position 3)
- Vitalie “Save-“ Melnic (position 4)
- Alexander “TORONTOTOKIO” Khertek (position 5)
These are huge players whose accomplishments are well-known at this point. Pure is probably the best player in the CIS region, TORONTOTOKIO won The International 10 with Team Spirit, Nightfall has returned to Eastern Europe after competing for one year for Evil Geniuses, and the rest of his former Virtus.pro teammates need no introduction.
The long-awaited announcement of our new roster! ❤️💛

This is a team with high chances of winning. It’s not clear at this point who will be the captain, but it’s obvious that in every single department, BetBoom are exceptional right now. The only thing left is to find a success formula and win some trophies.
In Eastern Europe, they will have three serious opponents: Virtus.pro, Natus Vincere, and Team Spirit. But the first two seem to be much weaker than them at this point. It remains to be seen what Team Spirit can do with their changed roster.
On the surface, it seems that TORONTOTOKIO’s transfer was a big loss for the team. However, most of their roster has remained intact and Denis “Larl” Sigitov looks strong enough to replace him.
