As we recently reported, PSG Esports announced their partnership with Tundra Esports to play at the highest level in the Rocket League competitive scene. However, in their press release, they informed that the roster would be revealed this May 5 (today), and so it was. A few minutes ago, team PSG TUNDRA announced their Rocket League lineup.

This partnership brings together two extremely popular organizations in the esports scene. Furthermore, the team has an extremely high bar in terms of their goals; according to the official press release, PSG TUNDRA is set up to win every tournament they participate in from now on.

PSG TUNDRA announce Rocket League lineup

The team created jointly by PSG and Tundra Esports, PSG TUNDRA, announced the Rocket League lineup for the rest of the 2023 season a few minutes ago.

As we note in the Tweet, the team’s lineup is as follows:

  • Leonardo “Catalysm” Ramos
  • Ivan “ivn” Sabri
  • Damian “Tox” Scähfer
  • Simon “arise” Arnautovic – Substitute
  • John “Virge” Willis – Head Coach

PSG TUNDRA has not failed in choosing its Head Coach, as Virge has enough experience to lead this new team by hand. Among his great coaching successes is winning RLCS Season 9 in 2020 with Dignitas.

Catalysm is no stranger to the scene, having been active as a professional since the 2019 season. In addition, in 2021, he played with ivn, another of his teammates in this new PSG TUNDRA roster, and they won the Samsung Odyssey League. It is worth noting the fact that ivn is a player who has been playing professionally since the age of 14.

Last, we have Tox, who played for the esports division of RCD Espanyol, Luminosity Gaming, and SK Gaming. In addition, he is also perfectly acquainted with ivn and Catalysm, as they played under the Evil Geniuses banner since October last year.

As detailed, this lineup has in mind to start with all this new competitive experience. In addition, the team’s main goal is to use the upcoming RLCS Spring Split to achieve the coveted qualification for the World Championship to be played in Düsseldorf, Germany, August 3-13, 2023.

PSG TUNDRA Headquarters

As if that wasn’t enough, the Rocket League team, PSG TUNDRA, will be headquartered very close to the Parc des Princes, the stadium of the PSG soccer team. In addition, Tundra Esports will be in charge of supporting the team’s performance in this new phase.

Anthony Graham, the co-founder of Tundra Esports, said they are delighted to bring this lineup to this partnership, PSG TUNDRA. He further says that the players have shown spectacular talent and hopes that with the support of Tundra and PSG, they can deliver top-level results.

Now, it only remains to wait for the RLCS Spring Split to kick off on May 12, 2023, to see how PSG TUNDRA performs and try to earn their spot for the Major in July and, ultimately, the World Championship in August.
