The third Dota Pro Circuit tour for the first division in Eastern Europe starts today, June 7 and will last until July 15. The competition will feature eight Dota 2 teams fighting for qualification to the PGL Major Arlington, which is scheduled for August.
The EEU Tour 3 Division I will feature eight teams, two of which advanced from the second division because of good performance. The competition format doesn’t differ from other Dota DPC qualifiers — it is a single round-robin bracket with all matches being best-of-three.
Teams
The total shared prize pool for the qualifier is $205,000 along with 1,150 DPC Points. Furthermore, the top three finishers will represent Eastern Europe at the next Dota 2 Major in Arlington, which is the last global DPC event prior to The International 11. The teams that will finish at the 7-8th place will fall into the second division.
Here’s the team line-up for the EEU DPC 2021/22 Tour 3 Division I:
- BetBoom Team
- Mind Games
- Team Spirit
- CIS Rejects
- Outsiders
- Natus Vincere
- One Move
- Rune Eaters Esports
Teams storylines
The main storyline of this tour is a clash between BetBoom Team and Team Spirit, BetBoom overtook Spirit during the previous DPC tour, as well as during the recent ESL Major in Stockholm. However, the situation could change if Valve’s upcoming in-game patch nerfs Nature’s Prophet and Visage, which are the cores of Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin, BetBoom Team position 1 player.
Mind Games will have a chance to revive their position and reputation on the Dota 2 esports scene. The team previously qualified for the ESL One Stockholm Major 2022, however, couldn’t perform due to visa and travel complications. As a result, the team received a technical loss at first and later were disqualified from the event without playing a single match.
It might be also interesting to watch the performance of Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev, who will be playing for Outsiders — Virtus.pro roster that competes under the Outsiders tag due to the Russian invasion in Ukraine. It is possible that with his return to Virtus.pro, RAMZES666 could make a comeback and reach the same level of play he had when he played for VP in 2016-2019.
⚡️⚡️⚡️ Straight as an arrow and devilishly handsome @ramzes is back to our bear den.

The One Move line-up features the same squad that, until recently, played for Gambit Esports. The club disbanded almost all of their rosters apart from Valorant.
