LASER: SL Razorhawk Laser Light (unlocked by leveling up the SVA 545 to Level 10)

The SL Razorhawk Laser Light allows for faster sprint-to-fire and aim down sight speeds, contributing to a faster overall response time.

MUZZLE: Sonic Suppressor L (unlocked by leveling up the Pulemyot 762 to Level 24)

One of the more popular suppressor choices in the game, the Sonic Suppressor L balances bullet velocity with a damage range buff. This allows you to have quieter shots with accuracy and ease of use.

BARREL: 23.5” Fluted R-67 (unlocked at Level 3)

The best and longest barrel option available for the LA-B-330, this barrel allows range and bullet velocity buffs coupled with a unique buff: movement speed. The FSS OLE-V laser should be enough to mitigate its ADS time, and this allows you to have good movement and range to maximize its potential as a mobility-oriented sniper rifle.

STOCK: ZLR T70 Pad Extension (unlocked at level 12)

The T70 Pad Extension helps make sure you have faster aiming times and better crouch moving speeds at the expense of some recoil control per shot.

AMMUNITION: .300 High Velocity (unlocked at level 17)

The .300 High Velocity Rounds attachment allows the MCPR to have better bullet velocity, which can result in faster hit and armor break times against enemy personnel at the cost of a slight damage range penalty which the OMX-56 barrel and Sonic Suppressor can mitigate.
