WZM: SO-14 best-for-mobile loadout!

fragster Paolo 19. May 2024

A classic Battle Rifle that can be used either as a semi-auto weapon or a full-auto beast, the SO-14, based off of the real-life M14, can be deadly for whatever purpose you want it to be used.

While the SO-14 has been outclassed by similar weapons with faster bullet velocities and time to kill such as the SOA Subverter and the BAS-B, this classic is also one of the more prominent ground loot weapons in the field.

The SO-14 may become a comfort and nostalgia pick that can find a way to slay using these attachments:

SO 14

MUZZLE: Sonic Suppressor L (unlocked by leveling up the Pulemyot 762 to Level 24)

One of the more popular suppressor choices in the game, the Sonic Suppressor L balances bullet velocity with a damage range buff. This allows you to have quieter shots with accuracy and ease of use.

UNDERBARREL: Bruen Heavy Support Grip (unlocked by leveling the Striker SMG to Level 8)

The BAS-B’s recoil will also be mitigated through the use of the Bruen Heavy Support Grip – an attachment which ensures overall horizontal recoil control and firing aim stability. The grip also does not employ any sprint-to-fire penalties, adding further to the mobility and handling that the platform provides.

AMMUNITION: 7.62mm High Grain Rounds (unlocked by leveling up the MTZ Interceptor to Level 16)

The 7.62mm High Grain Rounds attachment allows the Tempus Torrent to have better bullet velocity and damage range, which can result in faster hit and armor break times coupled with better minimum damage range against enemies.

OPTIC: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x (unlocked by either leveling up the MCW 6.8 to Level 8 or the DM56 to Level 19)

Undoubtedly a favorite of meta builders in Warzone’s PC version, the Corio Eagleseye has the best balance of range, visual shake control, and ADS time that will allow the user to aim at the mid-to-long range category. Use the scope to engage whether in short or mid-range engagements and spot targets with its simple yet effective 2.5x magnification.

OPTIONAL REPLACEMENTS:

MUZZLE: ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Hider (unlocked by leveling the HRM-9 to Level 6)

The best muzzle attachment for recoil control, the ZEHMN35 compensator helps in increasing firing aim stability and reducing recoil kick, with an added benefit of neutralizing tracers as the attachment is a flash hider.

MAGAZINE: 50 Round Drum (unlocked at Level 10)

Now, while the Lachmann-762 can be a weapon viable for semi-auto fire, a drum magazine can help you make the most out of the weapon’s accuracy in the close-to-mid range category. This upgrade effectively reduces reload times while also allowing you to rain down accurate, fast, and sustained fire.

OPTIC: Cronen INTLAS MSP-12 (unlocked at the Arsenal Store)

This multi-purpose blue dot sight helps in ensuring good aiming stability, faster response times, and better sprint-to-fire speeds while having both a clear sight picture and an integrated laser attachment for better aiming.

These attachments will help make sure the SO-14 is another viable choice, whether for semi-auto or full-auto, for those who wish to stick with their classic loadouts!
