Triple Esports’ entire Mobile Legends: Bang Bang roster has been acquired by Twisted Minds in a bid to strengthen its esports presence in the MENA region.

The Saudi Arabian esports org recently revealed their lineup for the Games of the Future 2024, headed by veteran Filipino coach Hendrich “Lyrick” Clahi.

The Tactician had previously been with ONIC Philippines and led Triple Esports to the MPL MENA Fall 2023 Championship, booking the team’s ticket to the M5 World Championship in Manila.

Among those joining Lyrick are junglers Mahmoud “Lio” Elsayed and Mohammed “Tarzan” Kharabah, exp laner Ayman “Sanji” Alqarni, midlaner Muath “Cuffin” Alkoraini, roamer Moayed “Trolll” Kharaba, as well as junglers “7oda” and gold laner Saano.

Meanwhile, Twisted Minds stalwart Amr “Maro” Amin, who plays roam, will also join the squad in Russia.

Twisted Minds’ original roster, composed of three Jordanians: jungler “Zid”, gold laner “FoFo”, and roamer “Vien”, as well as Kuwaiti midlaner 7AGAR and Filipino exp laner “Mike Sama”, placed 3rd in the MPL MENA Fall 2023 event. The circumstances surrounding their release, have not yet been revealed by Twisted Minds as of the moment.

The former Triple Esports players finished 9th-12th at the M5 World Championship, the best showing of a MENA team to date, as well as their first M-Series appearance.

The Games of the Future tournament will be held in Kazan, Russia, from February 26 to March 2, 2024, with a US$1 million prize pool.
