The announcement emerged during the 2024 Video V Vision Conference, courtesy of Riot Games’ parent company, Tencent. According to this leak, we can expect the next season to grace our screens in the last quarter of 2024.

Some ardent fans believe that the series will make its triumphant return in November, mirroring the timing of Season 1’s debut. November holds a special significance as it aligns with the 15th anniversary of the League of Legends game, originally released on October 27, 2009. A celebratory return in November would be a fitting gift for fans during this momentous occasion.

The Delay Explained

Despite Season 1’s release in 2021 and the swift renewal of the show, Riot Games had never officially announced a release date for Season 2. This 2024 release might disappoint fans who were hoping for an earlier return.
