The latest update from Riot Games has brought exciting news for League of Legends players as the year draws to a close.

Here’s a summary of the key points:

  1. Ranked Rewards Delayed: This year, the traditional ranked rewards for League players will be distributed in early next year, instead of the usual end-of-year schedule. This change is due to the absence of an official preseason period between the current season and the next. Players have until the day before the next season starts to earn LP and improve their ranks to qualify for these rewards.
  2. 2023 Ranked Split Two End Date: The second split of the 2023 ranked season will conclude on January 9, 2024, with the 2024 ranked season kicking off on January 10.
  3. Victorious Skins for 2023: For the first time, more than one Victorious skin will be awarded in a year. In 2023, players who earn enough split points will receive the Victorious Tryndamere skin, following the earlier release of Victorious Anivia at the end of Split One.
  4. Three Honors Skin Award: Players who achieve the maximum level of honor points will receive the Three Honors Akshan skin, adding to the Three Honors skin line.
  5. Release Dates for New Skins: The Three Honors Akshan skin is scheduled to be released with Patch 14.2 in late January 2024, while the Victorious Tryndamere skin will be available in Patch 14.4 in February 2024.

Three Honors Akshan will be distributed to players next month

These updates mark significant changes and additions to the League of Legends experience, particularly in the ranked rewards system and the introduction of multiple Victorious skins in a single year.
