The rumors continue in this summer break of professional CS:GO players. In this opportunity, different reports highlight that Nils “k1to” Gruhne and Dion “FASHR” Derksen would be very close to signing with OG.

This news comes when many organizations are racing to close their lineups before the second half of the season begins. Also, the fact that CS2 could launch anytime makes teams want to close their squads as soon as possible to prepare in the best possible way.

OG would sign FASHR and k1to according to different reports

According to a report from 1pv.fr, OG would be very close to closing the signings of FASHR and k1to for the second half of the 2023 CS:GO season.

If this rumor is confirmed, Maciej “F1KU” Miklas is the only player from the previous OG squad to remain in the lineup. In addition, it is worth noting that both Abdul “degster” Gasanov and Adam “NEOFRAG” Zouhar were released by the team, while OG star Shahar “flameZ” Shushan signed with Team Vitality.

Finally, Iulian “regali” Harjău and Nemanja “nexa” Isaković would complete OG’s lineup for the remainder of the year and the transition to CS2. On the other hand, it is worth noting that OG’s starting lineup heading into the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2023 would be as follows:

  • Nexa
  • Regali
  • FASHR
  • K1to
  • F1KU

About k1to

We all know that k1to is one of the main pillars of BIG’s lineup for the last three years in the CS:GO competitive scene. During this time, the German squad participated excellently in different Tier 1 tournaments, including victories at the Funspark ULTI 2020 Europe Final and, most importantly, at the DreamHack Masters Spring 2020. In addition, it is worth noting that BIG was at the top of the world rankings during the era of online CS:GO.

However, BIG had many problems when it returned to normal, i.e., LAN events, as it could not win any major trophies since then. However, this does not detract from the fact that the team was one of the main contenders in some of these tournaments. During its career, k1to has a rating of 0.99 according to HLTV after 765 official maps played. Also, it is worth noting that 2023 is k1to’s best year on the competitive scene, as he has a Rating of 1.03, but this was before the German squad benched him.

About FASHR

On the other hand, the other player that could join OG is FASHR, who currently belongs to Fnatic and, according to different reports, could be an important piece for the team in this transition to CS2. However, these latest reports claim that the player would be willing to leave the Black&Orange organization to join OG.

FASHR is an experienced player with a Rating of 1.02 in the ten months he has played for Fnatic. The 27-year-old Dutch player was one of Fnatic’s mainstays in their run to the IEM Rio Major 2022 quarterfinals.
