Already proving himself as one of the best players in the world, Danil “donk” Kryshkovets is currently going through his next challenge: the first CS2 Major. In Team Spirit’s opening match against ENCE, the Eastern European squad could dismantle gla1ve and his team.
After lifting the trophy a week ago at IEM Katowice 2024, Team Spirit and donk flew to Bucharest to participate in the European RMR, essentially the qualifier for the first Counter-Strike 2 Major. Team Spirit found themselves in Group B and was easily the favorite to finish first.
Team Spirit was tasked with playing against the Polish squad ENCE, which had only recently formed. Despite being a relatively new roster, ENCE could reach the Playoffs stage in Katowice but could only finish 5-6th.
It was expected that Team Spirit would easily take the Best of 1 victory against ENCE, even captain gla1ve understanding the difference between his team and his opponents, poking fun before the RMR started.
Why did they give us donk in 1st round of rmr, send help 😂

After both teams banned out maps, the remaining one was Overpass, the map Team Spirit destroyed FaZe 13-3 in the final map of the IEM Katowice Grand Final.
It was time for donk’s next test, playing in his first Counter-Strike 2 Major. In the first round of his RMR debut, the 17-year-old immediately got four kills in the pistol round to send Spirit off to a great start.
With the team’s aim sharpened and warmed up before the match, Team Spirit continued to string rounds with donk and, surprisingly, in-game leader chopper, topping the scoreboard. By the 10th round, donk had a score of 17-3, and his captain 15-1.
While his team was winning round after round, Team Spirit’s magixx was sitting at 0 kills, and the score was 11-0. ENCE was losing 4 versus 5. In the last round of the half, magixx could finally join the fun and get two kills.
Despite ENCE being a solid team, Team Spirit toyed with them throughout the entire map, ending the half 12-0 and winning the second pistol round to finish the game 13-0 – total domination. At the end of the map, donk had a K/D of 18-4, 140 ADR, and an abnormal 2.41 rating.

Streamer ohnePixel, who was co-streaming the match, promised to give away $1,000 for every 13-0 match he watched live. As a result, he stayed true and gave four viewers $250 worth of knives each.
Fortunately for Polish fans, ENCE could reset after the devastating loss and with their next match against Guild Eagles with a score of 13-6 to join the 1-1 pool.
