When is LoL Worlds 2024?: Date and time of the matches

League of Legends 2024 championships, kicks off Jan. 13

The League of Legends 2024 championships will begin with the Emea region’s LEC on January 13th. The first week’s schedule has already been announced, with newcomers Karmine Corp facing off against Fnatic, G2 Esports, and Mad Lions. This will be followed by the Latin American LLA on January 16th, immediately followed by the LCK of the 2023 world champions, the Korean team T1, who will make their debut against the Geng, the Summer Split 2023 finalists.

On January 19th, it will be the turn of the Asia Pacific PCS league, which this year will include the Japanese LJL league from the playoffs onwards. Finally, on January 20th, the North American LCS will start, which has been struggling with numbers and viewership. For this Spring Split, it will return to weekend play after the disastrous summer experiment. Vietnam and Brazil will also start on the same day, while the last to start will be the Chinese LPL with the championship starting on January 22nd. The delayed start is due to the teams’ participation in the Demacia Cup, the Chinese national cup, which will end on January 6th.
