VCT 2023 EMEA LCQ: All Participating teams, schedule, format and where to watch

Fans are highly awaiting the VCT 2023 EMEA Last Chance qualifiers which are scheduled to take place between 19^th to 23^rd July. Here is the complete information regarding all participating teams, format, complete schedule, and where to watch.

VCT 2023 EMEA LCQ: All participating teams

A total of six teams will contest against each other to secure the VALORANT Champions slot in Los Angeles. Initially, a total of seven slots were awarded for EMEA but Team Vitality withdraw their participation in the memory of the late Karel “Twisten” Ašenbrener.

Thanks to Fnatic performance at VCT Masters Tokyo, the EMEA regions have been allotted a total of 2 slots for Champions unlike the Americas and Pacific regions. Here are all six teams from EMEA LCQ:

• Giants
• Team Heretics
• KOI
• Natus Vincere
• BBL Esports
• Karmine Corp

The event will take place in Berlin, Germany in the presence of a live audience.

Format

The six teams were placed in the bracket based on their past performance in the VCT EMEA League, held months back. The four teams Team Heretics, KOI, BBL Esports, and Karmine Corp were placed in the upper bracket quarterfinals.

Meanwhile, NaVi and Giants were given an extra advantage based on their seeds. They both were placed in the upper bracket semifinals.

All matches except the Lower bracket final and Grand final will be best of three. The Grand final and Lower final will be the best of the five series.

This event will follow the Hybrid elimination model. The first two matches will be single elimination. Hence, the Match between Heretics, KOI, BBL, and Karmine Corp will be single elimination. Afterward, the event will follow the double elimination model.

Schedule

The five days of intense action will commence on 19th July and will run up to 23rd July. Following is the match schedule for VCT 2023 EMEA Last Chance Qualifiers.

• NAVI vs TBD – 20th July
• Giants vs TBD – 20th July
• Upper Bracket Final and Lower Bracket Semifinal – 21st July
• Lower Bracket Final – 22nd July
• Grand Final –  23rd July
