VALORANT Reverie skin collection

Developer VALORANT, Riot Games, has revealed that the game store includes a new Reverie pack containing melee weapon skins. Motifs of stained glass murals inspire all designs.

It looks like a spectacular presentation of a more traditional art style we don’t usually see in a world as inspired by fantasy and futurism as VALORANT. The new collection shows four weapons plus a new knife in this bundle.

All about VALORANT’s Reverie skins collection

The new line of skins mimics the design of stained glass murals, as mentioned above. The skins feature a very classic aesthetic which is very unusual for VALORANT.

Each skin shade is a different color, and combined, they resemble a mural on a church wall, so they look pretty cool.

Some well-known weapons, such as the Ghost and Classic, will be available in various shades as part of the Reverie package. On the other hand, there is some love for the Marshal, Guardian, and melee. The new skins pack went on sale last night, February 22.

Each weapon has a distinctive look

Each weapon has a distinctive stained glass theme in the Reverie package. The Phantom has a purple color scheme. Astra may have had something to do with the design decision. The Marshal, meanwhile, has a green and leaf-toned background that makes it look like it just came out of Skye’s backpack.

The melee skin is known as the Reverie Sword and could have the same look as the Sovereign Sword. From the looks of it, this line of skins is likely an add-on to a much bigger and more exciting package in the future. So fans shouldn’t expect the most excellent animations or effects.

Cost of the Reverie skins package

The Reverie skin pack will cost about 3,500 VALORANT points, nothing too expensive. However, these skins are pretty basic and non-premium, so you shouldn’t expect sound effects or great animations like the flagship packs, such as the Ion or the latest VCT LOCK//IN pack.

Several previous packs that were added to the game had high prices. For example, the VCT LOCK/IN package cost 5,440 VP and was marketed as an exclusive line of skins. Before the LOCK/IN package rotation, the Luna package was priced at 5,100 VP.

The new Reverie pack is sold in the VALORANT store with the VCT LOCK/IN capsule, including a knife look with regional variants and comparable player card possibilities. In addition, a game spray depicting Raze clapping is included.
