Tribe Gaming and Samsung to host Mission: Galaxy mobile gaming event 

Nowadays, the rise of Content Creator profession has increased to such an extent that many esports organizations and technology companies want to take full advantage of the large fan base of these Internet personalities.

This is the case with Tribe Gaming, an American organization that partnered with technology leader Samsung to host a new event called Mission: Galaxy. This will be a live gaming event that will be entirely focused on content creators.

Mission: Galaxy

The Mission: Galaxy Powered by SAMSUNG GALAXY and Tribe Gaming will be played Monday, March 6, 2023, in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. As mentioned, the event will feature the participation of mobile content creators battling different mobile gaming challenges. The prize pool will be $15,000.

The game to be played in this Mission: Galaxy event will be Call of Duty: Mobile. Eight content creators will compete to demonstrate their skills using the new Samsung Galaxy S23 ULTRA. However, they will not be alone, as two top COD Mobile players will also be on hand to support and guide the participating content creators.

Participating content creators and format

As mentioned, this event will have eight participants divided into two teams four. Below, meet the participants of Mission: Galaxy.

The format to be used in the event will be four rounds. Each round consists of four 1v1 in BO3 format, where the first team to get ten kills wins. After that, the team with the most kills will win, and, in case of a tie, the coaches of each team will do the tiebreaker in the same format.

Between rounds 1-3, each victory awards the team $250, while the round winner will win $1,500. On the other hand, in round 4, each victory awards the squad $750, while by winning the round, the team will win $4,500.
