Dead is coming to Dota 2 in this new patch?
During The International 2022 in Singapore last year, the new Hero coming to the Dota 2 universe, Muerta, was revealed. The release date, according to Valve, was “early 2023” for the Day of the Dead-inspired Hero. Now, this is very likely to become a reality.
According to the timeline Dota 2 has regarding the release of the new patch, it is very likely that Muerta, its new Hero, will arrive in the March 6 update. Now, if this does not happen this way, it is likely that we will see the Hero sooner than expected.
After the introduction to the game Primal Beast in February last year, Muerta may be the first Hero released by Valve in over a year. Undoubtedly, this wait for a new hero has been the longest by the Dota 2 community.
Since August 2022, Dota has only received minor fixes after patch 7.32. However, the next Dota 2 patch is expected to include significant changes to the meta, such as new maps.
