Spinx is reportedly close to joining Vitality’s CS:GO roster, replacing their standout player Kevin “misutaaa” Rabier ahead of Blast Premier: Fall Groups 2022.

Vitality is reportedly evaluating its CS: GO lineup after witnessing inconsistent results in the first half of the season. They appeared to have found a suitable replacement for their standout player Kevin “misutaaa” Rabier. According to a report by 1pv.fr, ENCE’s star rifler Lotan “Spinx” Giladi is set to join Vitality, bringing the European team extra firepower and skillsets.

Spinx has established himself as one of the best players in the world with his exceptional performance all year long, The Israeli rifler, with an average HLTV rating of 1.15, contributed significantly to ENCE’s rise to the top three teams in the CS:GO World Ranking. The 21-year-old emerged as the top performer for team ENCE, boosting their runs at many international CS: GO events including ESL Pro League Season 15, IEM Dallas, and PGL Antwerp Major.

The changes could be due to the French-Danish lineup’s underwhelming performance throughout the first half of the 2022 CS:GO season. Although the European team were able to secure a second position finish at the BLAST Premier Spring Final in June, they failed to make an impact in all other international tournaments.

The team finished PGL Antwerp Major in the Legends stage but could not go past the group stage of IEM Katowice, ESL Pro League Season 15, and most recently IEM Cologne. If the reports are accurate, Vitality would probably have to pay a hefty buyout to acquire him since ENCE renewed its contract with the trio of Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer, Pawe “dycha” Dycha, and Lotan “Spinx” Giladi in March.

Team Vitality’s revamped CS:GO roster

  • Dan “apEX” Madesclaire
  • Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut
  • Lotan “Spinx” Giladi
  • Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen
  • Emil “Magisk” Reif

Snax could be a perfect fit for ENCE’s campaign

At IEM Dallas, the Polish hybrid rifler significantly impacted ENCE’s performance, posting impressive figures against prominent teams like PGL Antwerp Major champions FaZe Clan and Furia Esports. ENCE lost the IEM Dallas finals to Cloud9 but Snax performed brilliantly again, finishing with an impressive K/D of 49/56—far better than his other teammates.

Snax’s individual performances at IEM Dallas should be enough to award him a spot on a competent CS:GO team like ENCE, which is looking to make roster changes ahead of the IEM Rio Major. Snax is capable of developing into a valuable asset for ENCE in the second half of the 2022 CS: GO season. Additionally, since he is a free agent, ENCE can acquire him without using the buyout clause.
