The Overwatch League OWL Season 6 Tournament 2023

The Overwatch League OWL 2023 will start in March and feature 20 who can prove their gaming prowess.

The game launched by Blizzard Entertainment with the free-to-play label gained popularity very quickly, gaining a vast player and fan base. As a result, they manage to have a larger community than in its previous iteration.

Offseason 2023 start date

The Overwatch League Offseason 2023 has a scheduled start date of March 13, the last date for all teams to submit their players, who must have signed an entire season-long contract with their respective teams.

All teams must have six players signed before the 2023 Overwatch League season begins.

Game dates have not yet been released, so fans and enthusiasts may have to wait until the end of March 2023 for the games to begin.

Twenty teams will participate for the coveted title at the end of Overwatch 2 season 6.

The teams are divided into two groups, East and West, where they must play several regional and group stages to secure a spot in the playoffs.

The list of players has not yet been published. However, each team should have five leading players and some substitutes who can fill in when needed.

Additional information

Participating in Overwatch League OWL 2023 Season 6 requires a minimum age of 17. Although Blizzard Entertainment lowered the minimum age, in OWL 2022, Season 5 players were required to be 18 years old.

With this change, it is expected that new talents will arrive, and this scenario will help them to start their way as professional Overwatch 2 players. However, it is vital to comment that the age change could be reversed, as it is subject to the organizer’s decisions.
