Ninjas in Pyjamas, a Swedish esports organization, assembled a female CS:GO lineup consisting of former GODSENT Female and Copenhagen Flames Female players.
With a brand new all-women CS:GO squad, NIP, the esports behemoth of Europe, has deepened its roots in the competitive CS:GO scene. The organization has acquired a former GODSENT core and a former duo of Copenhagen Female to assemble an experienced lineup ahead of The ESL Impact Season 2.
NIP Female roster:
- Tilde “7licious” Byström
- Jennica “jenkon” Sjögren
- Thea “pullox” Evensen
- Marita “Minnie” Siljan Sørensen
- Mayline-Joy “ASTRA” Champliaud
While the majority of the freshly formed team members have had some reasonable competitive experience and accomplishments, the new lineup has not yet been tested as a unit. Through their performances in recent ESL events, the former trio of GODSENT Female, Minnie, Pullox, and ASTRA have established themselves as one of the most talented players in the female CS:GO scene.
They finished 3rd-4th in the European Division of the first season of the ESL Impact League while playing for GODSENT. With a 3-2 record in the group stage, they advanced to the playoffs after putting on an outstanding effort against elite opponents. However, they suffered a devastating loss to Nigma Galaxy Female in the playoffs, and as a result, they narrowly missed making it to the LAN finals. The team also qualified for the ESL Impact Valencia after a strong showing in the open qualifiers. However, they were unable to make a major impact at the event, finishing in 7th-8th after losing to MiBR Female and Counter Logic Gaming Red.

On the other hand, the former Copenhagen duo of 7licious and jekon didn’t accomplish much while playing for the Danish organization. They have nevertheless demonstrated their value, averaging 1.05 and 1.27 HLTV ratings over the last three months.
NiP Female’s journey begins at ESL Impact
Ninjas in Pyjamas Female will debut in the second season of the European Division of the ESL Impact League, which begins on September 8. The newly formed team will compete for one of the two spots at the LAN finals against top-tier CS:GO teams like NaVi Javelins, SUL CLAN, BIG EQUIPA, Entropiq Queens, NOFEAR5, and the current ESL Impact League champions Nigma Galaxy Female. The top eight female CS:GO teams from Europe, North America, South America, South Africa, and Asia will compete for the whooping $123,000 prize pool at the LAN finals, which are scheduled to take place in Jonkoping, Sweden, from November 25 to 27.
