Heroic has a new AWP player for its CS lineup. The new player is Nico “nicoodoz” Tamjidi.

The esports organization Heroic, based in Norway, is best known for its CS team. They also take part in competitions in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Sim Racing and Rainbow Six Siege.

Changes to Heroic’s CS lineup

The esports organization Heroic has announced that they have signed Nico “nicoodoz” Tamjidi from Preasy. He has been bought out of his contract with the organization and has thus joined Heroic.

The player will take over the role of AWPler, filling the spot of Casper “cadiaN” Møller, which has been empty since his departure.

The Norwegian organization now has four members in the lineup. They had previously signed Guy “NertZ” Iluz and coach Eetu “sAw” Saha. sAw came from ENCE. With nicoodoz, the lineup is now almost complete, with only one potential player missing.

Heroic only had a provisional lineup recently, consisting of Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen, Rasmus “Zyphon” Nordfoss and Jason “salazar” Salazar. However, it was clear that not all players would stay with Heroic permanently, but that new players would have to be found before things could finally get going again.

What will Heroic’s new CS team look like?

It looks like Rasmus “sjuush” Beck and René “TeSeS” Madsen will remain part of the CS lineup for now. The only thing left to do is to find someone as IGL to complete the team.

There are already rumors about who the new IGL could be: Insider Alexey “OverDrive” Birukov has claimed that Damjan “kyxsan” Stoilkovski will become the new IGL at Heroic and lead the team. However, there is no official information on this yet.

nicoodoz was with fnatic for over a year, but was relegated to the bench in the summer in favor of Aurélien “afro” Drapier. He had a good time with Fnatic, but no extreme successes. The team’s biggest success was reaching the quarterfinals at the IEM Rio Major last year. Nevertheless, his ratings were pretty good throughout his time with the organisation.

He then joined Preasy, where things went much better for him. Now he is starting a new adventure with Heroic and will try to improve even more and celebrate international success.

The Heroic line-up currently looks like this:

  • Rasmus “sjuush” Beck
  • Nico “nicoodoz” Tamjidi
  • René “TeSeS” Madsen
  • Guy “NertZ “Iluz
  • Eetu “sAw “Saha (Coach)
