The Ukrainian esports organization Natus Vincere has officially unveiled the Valorant roster for the upcoming VCT 2023.

After making a name for itself in competitive games like Counter-Strike and Rainbow Six Siege, Natus Vincere now appears set to establish a name for itself in the Valorant’s partnered league with a highly decorated lineup. The Ukrainian organization’s possible Valorant roster has been the subject of rumors and speculation since it was selected as one of Riot’s 30 teams for its Valorant Partnership Program. However, the organization has finally put an end to the speculations, revealing its roster for the inaugural season of the brand-new Valorant franchise league. NAVI has acquired the former core of FPX, one of the most consistent teams in the EMEA region during the 2022 VCT season.

NAVI unveils its new Valorant roster

By hyping the entrance of the former FPX star Kyrylo “ANGE1” Karasov in a Twitter video, the organization hinted at a complete rebuild before the new season. Now, the organization confirmed the signing of ANGE1, Dmitry “SUYGETSU” Ilyushin, Pontus “Zyppan” Eek, and Andrey “Shao” Kiprsky from FunPlus Phoenix. Ardis “ardiis” Svarenieks is the lone member of the FPX roster who was unable to join the NAVI roster. According to reports, ardiis will travel to North America to join NRG.

The organization is bringing in Turkish Valorant sensation Mehmet “cNed” Yazpek to round out the lineup. The Turkish sensation made a name for himself as one of the best Jett players after a phenomenal performance in the 2021 VCT season. Fans from all over the world hailed his exceptional fragging abilities, and his contribution helped Acend win the Valorant Champions 2021.

NAVI’s Valorant roster is slowly developing into one of the favorites for the VCT EMEA competition with the core of a champion squad and a Valorant veteran from Ascend added to the mix. The organization has also acquired Erik “d00mbr0s” Sandgren, a crucial member of the FPX team since August 2020, to coach and guide the new lineup. The VCT 2023 Kickoff Tournament, which will run between February 14 and March 5 in So Paulo, Brazil, will mark the debut of NAVI’s brand-new Valorant team.
