AP.Bren’s World Champion skin picks to commemorate their 2023 M5 World Championship win in the Philippines have been revealed.

In a statement sent Wednesday night Manila time, AP Bren announced they will pick gold laner Brody as their M5 World Championship skin.

AP Bren director Jab Escutin said in the statement, “we feel that Brody has been a big part of our success in the M5 series. This hero has helped our team consistently and ultimately helped retain the PH era of MLBB. We want this hero to represent our team’s success inside the game and for our fans to be part of that success by owning the skin and enjoying it.”

The marksman was used to great effect by APBR’s gold laner Marco “Super Marco” Requitiano to great effect during the M5 World Championships, to which he scored a perfect 7 wins out of 7 picks – a 100% success rate using the Brody.

Meanwhile, David “FlapTzy” Canon has picked Paquito as the first-ever Finals MVP skin.

“This is the first FMVP skin in MLBB’s history and I am very honored to be the first M-series MVP to receive his very own FMVP Skin. I like Paquito because I feel that he represents my personality as a player. He is very aggressive to protect his teammates but also very focused on the different objectives that the team needs to win,” said the veteran EXP laner.

Paquito is an MLBB hero inspired by Filipino boxing icon and 8-division world champion Manny Pacquiao, one of the greatest professional boxers of all time.

With the Brody and Paquito picks, all 5 roles in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang each now have an M-series commemorative skin.

The inaugural M1 World Championship skin, Harith, was picked by EVOS Legends. Then came the Lancelot, a jungler best associated with Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno’s time in Bren Esports when they won the M2 World Championship.

Blacklist International’s M3 World Championship pick was the Estes – a signature roam hero by Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna and is one of the keys to the team’s original UBE (Ultimate Bonding Experience) strategy.

ECHO, who won the M4 World Championships, picked Chou, a gold lane hero and the first fighter-type hero to receive a world championship skin.

MOONTON Games and AP Bren are currently in talks to discuss the details of the in-game commemorative skins that are expected to launch in September 2024.
