At the same time as announcing all the news related to the new League of Legends EMEA Championship (LEC), Riot Games also revealed the venue for the LEC finals.

The venue for the finals is in Montpellier, which means that all French fans will have an added advantage to following the competition. However, that wasn’t all there was to talk about; they also gave a little nod to Fortiche Production, the team in charge of Arcane’s production.

About Arcane

Arcane is the League of Legends animated series that has been a massive success worldwide. Unfortunately, we have only enjoyed one season, although fans are anxious to see what will be presented in the second season.

In the first season, we saw Aramis, a young soldier who discovers he has magical powers. So the series focuses on his journey to master them and become champion of the kingdom.

Of course, suppose there is a possible collaboration between the big European League of Legends league and Fortiche Production. In that case, we could find ourselves with some announcement of what is about to hit our screens.

Is a collaboration between LEC and Arcane possible?

In an interview with LEC commissioner Artem Bykov, he commented on the possible union. According to Bykov, it would be stupid not to collaborate with Fortiche Productions for such an important event as the LEC Finals. He further states that they are exploring options to offer something extraordinary to the viewers. However, we must be patient and wait as nothing is confirmed.

What can be said to be a reality is that the more finals we see, the higher the bar for LEC. They have work to do to improve their performance in the Malmö final. However, they hope to achieve it and are focused on that goal.

Also, suppose the LEC provides some link to Arcane. In that case, they will gather many fans looking forward to additional information about the League of Legends animated series.

Before the first season’s release, Riot Games and Fortiche hosted events worldwide. We watched as Jinx traveled the world to wreak havoc. But, of course, we also witnessed those giant billboards in cities like Los Angeles or Dubai, and even the Hextech experiments also reached all these places.

Now we just have to wait for Riot Games to announce news about these endings; who knows, maybe it’s time to learn something about a second season of Arcane about which there is still no information.
