The further content updates in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 continue; this time, we have excellent news for those who have worked hard to create the ideal armament with the configuration of accessories and advantages that best fit your needs.

Gunsmith upgrade

As of the latest update received by the game, players will be able to save their favorite weapon classes so as not to have to change all the accessories again in case they want to try something new.

From now on, you can save each of the custom classes you have in the game and thus have a huge catalog to select at the time of the games according to the situation you find yourself in.

Infinity Ward, the developer of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, published these changes in the armorer on its official Twitter account last Thursday, December 15. The update points out to all fans that:

“In the Gunsmith, save custom attachments and aesthetics into a named weapon that can be reused in any loadout.”

This update includes several other changes to Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2, such as adding one of the franchise’s most popular maps, Shipment, and several other things.

How do I save my favorite personalized class?

To use this feature, players of both Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 will have to look at the bottom left corner of their screens when they are in the armorer, customizing their different weapons.

There you will find a button with a message that says, “Save Custom Mod.” So, you have to create your best custom class, the one you feel most comfortable with, and click on this button.

Remember to give a specific name to each custom class you save, especially those you will use in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.

In case you don’t know, in many cases, custom classes are not as effective in both games, so we recommend that you test them in some games and, when you are entirely sure, save them with the best possible name.

After doing this, you will have your new set of custom classes which you can change, improve and even start from scratch whenever you like.

These changes improve the game

Both the addition of this feature just mentioned, as well as the myriad of changes in this latest installment of CoD, developers seek to maintain and increase its player base.

In addition, as minimal as it may seem in each update, we notice that Infinity Ward takes the trouble to add some limited-time modes, operator skins, and double XP end-of-weeks in the multiplayer way of MW2 and Battle Royale in Warzone 2.

The community has appreciated this update

While some updates are not to the liking of many players, others like this one are, and for a good reason. Infinity Ward’s Tweet has impacted the CoD community, and several players are grateful for this change.
