After much speculation, G2 Esports have finally announced the arrival of Kevin “LeTsHe” Fedjuschkin, with the 17-year-old being one of the biggest talents in the world of Fortnite. The German teenager will bolster the G2 Fortnite roster, with the organization having been unveiled via a video on Twitter and their official site.

The video featured LeTsHe as an antihero who made fun of youngsters playing Fortnite, with his arrival at G2 being beneficial to both parties. The German has made a name for himself in the European Fortnite scene over recent years, having competed that the Fortnite World Cup in 2019. Meanwhile, Fedjuschkin finished 13th in the European Power rankings, thanks in part to three wins in 2020.

Why LeTsHe is More than Just a Fortnite Player for G2

LeTsHe is also an increasingly popular figure in the world of Esports streaming, with the youngster now having over 1 million Twitch followers. His ability to move between PC and console is also a major asset, something in which G2 were quick to point out upon his announcement.

Fedjuschkin has previously represented Team Atlantis, who are now no longer operating, with G2 having moved quickly to secure his services following his departure earlier this month. LeTsHe has already made it clear that he is confident that he and G2 will be a good match.

What Other Changes Has G2 Made in Fortnite?

Carlos “ocelote” Rodriguez, Chief Executive Officer at G2 Esports, has previously admitted that Fortnite is an area in which the organization intends to move into, with the talent and potential of LeTsHe putting them in a good position to challenge at the highest level. LeTsHe will compete under the guidance of Hennes “Cookie” Haikmans, who was recently announced as the Fortnite general manager at G2.

Cookie talked up G2’s chances of achieving big things within Fortnite upon announcing his new role, while fans of the team have clearly taken well to the new arrivals. Many have already talked up the potential of LeTsHe, who finished in eighth position at the Platform Cash Cup – PC: Chapter 2 Season 4 Week 6 – Europe, in what was his final appearance for Team Atlantis.
