The moves in the Call of Duty League competitive scene continue, and this time we have a completely unexpected move in the COD community. After being rivals on and off the servers, FaZe Clan and Zack “Drazah” Jordan seem to have ironed out their differences and joined forces for the 2024 CDL season.
This is a truly unexpected move by the entire Call of Duty competitive scene. Recall that Drazah was one of FaZe Clan’s best-known rivals over the past two seasons. Both in official matches, as well as in post-victory celebrations, we always noticed that there was a bit of mischief from Drazah against FaZe. However, it seems that all is forgotten, and now they will have to row in the same direction in the 2024 CDL season.
Atlanta FaZe confirm the signing of Drazah
Through a funny video on their Twitter account, FaZe Clan announced the signing of Drazah ahead of the 2024 Call of Duty League season.

As mentioned, this rivalry is well-known to many in the CDL competitive scene, especially in the last two seasons. However, after LA Thieves’ disappointing end to the season and FaZe’s third-place finish in the CDL Championship 2023, it appears that the organization and the player have ironed out their differences and will now work together to achieve the same goal.
This move has been rumored in recent weeks on social networks, but for many, it wasn’t easy for it to happen. However, now that it is fully confirmed, the community is wondering if Drazah will be able to fit into this team formed by three great players such as:
- Chris “Simp” Lehr
- McArthur “Cellium” Jovel
- Tyler “aBeZy” Pharris
Complicated past between FaZe and Drazah
As mentioned several times, Drazah and FaZe Clan have a complicated past on and off the CDL servers. During two seasons, FaZe and LA Thieves clashed on many occasions; during this time, there were even heated personal arguments.
Moreover, after the Thieves defeated FaZe in the Grand Final of the CDL Championship 2022, Drazah gestured to the FaZe Clan players with his fingers.
As a result, Drazah and Simp got into a somewhat heated argument over Twitter, where Simp called Drazah a “clown” for making those gestures to FaZe.
Act like you’ve been here before you clown lmao.

A wild idea on FaZe’s part?
For many community members, this is a crazy idea for FaZe Clan, as joining rivals in the same team can lead to different game upsets. However, signing Drazah means that the whole team completely agrees with it, so we will have a very powerful lineup of four players who know what it is like to win a CDL Championship in their career.
However, the rest of the teams are also putting together the best possible lineup, as the Boston Breach signed Austin “SlasheR” Liddicoat and Preston “Priestahh” Greiner, two former world champions.
There is still a long way to go, especially for the 2024 CDL season. However, there is no doubt that we will have one of the best tournaments in the game’s history.
