Apex Legends Uprising Event: Everything You Need to Know

The Uprising event in Apex Legends has officially started, featuring a new limited-time mode (LTM) and a cinematic conclusion to the events of Kill Code.

The cinematic conclusion takes players to Storm Point, where the legends who recently escaped an army of Revenant simulacrums are still being pursued by them. The Revenant and Loba rivalry is still ongoing, and players will have to discover how the story ends.

Revenant Uprising – An epic battle between legends and the robo-dead

The Revenant Uprising LTM is the main attraction of the event, featuring two teams of 30 players each, with one team controlling Revenants and the other team playing as Legends. The Legends’ objective is to cut their way through the Revenant horde to reach an evac point and escape the army of robo-undead.

The Revenants’ goal is to stop the Legends from escaping. One red-eyed Revenant spawns in with a Kraber and Heirloom-tier Prowler SMG, while the rest of the Revenants use abilities from past Shadow Royale events. If a squad is wiped out, they join Revenant’s crew, adding another twist to the chaos.

The Uprising event is live from now until Jan. 2, giving players plenty of time to experience the new LTM and earn the event’s exclusive rewards.

New game mechanics and exclusive rewards for the first hour

The Revenant Uprising LTM is a fun addition to the game’s lore, creating new gameplay opportunities that players have not seen before in Apex Legends. It is also one of the only things that players can play at the launch of the event, as all playlists except for ranked and the LTM are locked for the first hour.

The Uprising event also features new cosmetics, including a new Prestige skin that players can unlock by purchasing all of the event items. The skin is Loba’s Apex Lycanthrope skin, which makes the thief more and more wolf-like as it’s leveled up and comes with a unique finisher.
