Rumors are increasing that the League of Legends competitive scene’s offseason has not yet begun. This time, we go to the LCS, where Shopify Rebellion seems to have found its new Support.
We are talking about Tristan “Zeyzal” Stidam, who seems to have an agreement to sign for the LCS team for the next LCS season.
Recall that Shopify Rebellion returned to the LCS after three years away from the top competitive level of LoL after purchasing the TSM spot several weeks ago. As a result, Zeyzal was a key part of the organization’s debut (return) in the LCS.
Reports claim that Shopify Rebellion is close to signing Zeyzal
According to a report from LCS Eevee on their Twitter/X account and Sheep Esports, Shopify Rebellion would have a verbal agreement to sign Zeyzal for 2024.
Sources: Support Zeyzal 🇺🇸 has reached a verbal agreement with Shopify Rebellion in the LCS.
After Cloud9’s offer fell through at the beginning of the offseason, Zeyzal had many options, including one from 100 Thieves. In the end, the player chose Shopify.

As We can observe, the 24-year-old Support, who comes from playing Disguised in his most recent adventure, chose Shopify Rebellion over offers from 100 Thieves and Cloud9. On the other hand, we must also wait and see the player’s current level, as he has some time without competing at the highest level.
About Zeyzal
For LCS fans, Zeyzal’s name has been known for many years, as he was part of the Cloud9 lineup that played in the Worlds 2018 semifinals. However, Zeyza hasn’t achieved the desired consistency and has frequently changed teams.
We have seen Zeyzal play under the banners of Evil Geniuses, C9 Challengers, Solafide Esports, and most recently, with the Challengers team Disguised.
On the other hand, if this move is confirmed, we have Zeyzal playing side by side with one of his last teammates in Disguised, Aaron “FakeGod” Lee. In addition, they would also play again under their former Head Coach at Cloud9 Challengers, Seong “Reven” Sang-hyeon.
It’s no secret to anyone that Shopify Rebellion will be making a modest entry into the LCS this debut season, as indicated by the fact that they have not been directly linked to top-tier players at this point in the season. However, the team could opt for a squad with veteran players and some new talent.
In any case, Shopify Rebellion must prepare as well as possible for the upcoming season, as many LCS teams have armed themselves to the teeth to fight for everything in 2024.
