Warzone 2 players have been waiting for this for a long time and now they are finally getting the weapon balancing update. As in every season, it became clear relatively quickly what are the meta weapons that dominate AL Mazrah.
The RPK and Fennec became the most popular weapons, but Akimbo pistols also featured a short-barreled tip as the most popular secondary weapon. But with the customizable perks coming back, the pistols are probably out of date. But the Signal 50 was also a bit too popular for the developers. Because of this, RPK, Fennec, X13, and Signal 50 received nerfs in Season 2. We have brought you the most important weapon balancing changes in Warzone 2!
RPK and Fennec are finally getting nerfed
Sniper rifles were an essential weapon in Verdansk and shone on Caldera for a while, but things are very different in Warzone 2. The class no longer kills enemies with one shot when they are fully armored.
The RPK should be more in line with other LMGs after the Season 2 update. The weapon received a minor reduction in ADS movement speed, reduced damage at medium and long range, reduced damage areas, and slower ADS time.
