The Samsung Curved Monitor is apparently very popular, because it is bought more than all other monitors. But is it worth it for us gamers or is it more something for the average consumer?

We took a look at the pros and cons of the product for you. The specialty of the Samsung Curved Monitor C27F398FWR is, as the name suggests, a concave curved monitor. This is supposed to allow you to “dive” into the game or movie better. For some games this is quite an advantage, especially when it comes to shooters. For other games, on the other hand, it almost seems annoying.

Weak points of the Samsung monitor, however, are that it is not very bright. The brightness setting is automatic and is supposed to save costs. In addition, you can’t adjust the monitor well because the base part is very rigid and immobile. Basically, Samsung’s curved monitor is a solid product that you can’t go far wrong with in everyday use. However, there are much better monitors for gaming, regardless of whether they have a curved or flat screen.
