Popular American Esports organization, TSM has announced that they have decided to part away with their Valorant roster. This decision came after the team got early elimination from the VALORANT Challengers Ascension Americas.

The announcement came from the official Twitter handle of Team Solomid where they announced that they have taken a tough decision to release their VALORANT roster today. Although their Ascension dreams were not realized, the organization expressed pride in the players’ dedication and hard work while representing the team. They extended their gratitude to the roster for their efforts and thanked them for their time with TSM.

TSM bid farewell to its Valorant Roster

Following the departure of team head coach Andrey “Engh” Sholokhov a month ago, the well-known esports organization has made the decision to part ways with Corey “corey” Nigra, Eric “Kanpeki” Xu, Anthony “gMd” Guimond, Nicholas “NaturE” Garrison, and Johann “seven” Hernandez. This marks the end of their tenure with the organization, as it seeks to reshape its Valorant roster for the future.

The reason behind the organization’s decision to part ways with the VALORANT lineup is their recent losses at VCT Challengers Americas. Unfortunately, they were eliminated early in the playoffs by FaZe and Moist Moguls, resulting in the team missing out on the opportunity to compete at VCT Challengers Ascension and secure a guaranteed spot in Challengers for the next year.

TSM plan to re-enter the scene next season

TSM’s VALORANT team will be unable to compete for the remainder of the year, but the organization has assured fans that they will return to the Challengers scene when the new season begins.

“We have plans to re-enter the scene once the Ascension season resumes.”

TSM is not the only organization that has decided to release its Valorant roster after getting eliminated from its respective regional Ascension. Yesterday, the widely renowned esports organization, G2 Esports, decided to part ways with most of its VALORANT players following a disappointing performance in the VALORANT Challengers League NA. This marks the end of G2 Esports’ journey in the VALORANT competitive scene.
