Team BDS lands firmly in the main event, and Team Endpoint nails it too, while MuchDelight has a lot to show as a newcomer team. This means that the chance of the major falling flat for two teams — Guild Esports and Vertigo Esports.
Due to not qualifying for the Winter Cup, they can no longer make it to the Winter Invitational.
Closed Qualifier
Team BDS lives up to its name as the top seed in the Closed Qualifier. The world champion goes into the main event 3-0 and clearly defeats a strong opponent with Endpoint in the last round.
Our Rocket League team have secured themselves a spot for the next Regional in an almost flawless way! 💯

The performance of Williams Resolve was just as strong, they also won 3-0. Especially the third round against Solary with a 3:0 sweep shows why Williams is considered the secret favorite this season.
In contrast, Tundra Esports’ performance was not the strongest in the closed qualifier, they had to go to the fifth round of the Swiss Stage and struggled against Vertigo until the fifth round. Ultimately, however, Tundra prevailed 4-2 in the fifth game of the series.

MuchDelight are no strangers to the RLCS, but the individual players and their teams have not been particularly successful so far. The roster consists of simas, Lasa and Hobbs and has existed in this form since January 26th. Accordingly, the team has collected its first RLCS points of the current season with the qualification.
In addition, Soniqs, Solary, Endpoint and suhh qualified for the main event.
Group matches
Karmine Corp is the undisputed number one from Europe and is firmly in Group A with the Spanish G1 roster. Solary and suhh are the challengers from the closed qualifier.
In Group B, Moist and Quadrant meet Tundra and the reigning but weakening world champion Team BDS.
In Group C, Team Liquid, strong in the case of a split, and Team Vitality, who have regained their strength, meet Williams Resolve and the surprise from the Closed Qualifier MuchDelight.
In Group D are Oxygen Esports and the German Amigos (formerly Evil Geniuses). The German Amigos would have deserved a sponsor with fourth place in the last regional, but at the moment there doesn’t seem to be anyone interested.
The two teams meet Endpoint and Soniqs. By meeting Endpoint, there is a duel between German players in the group.
Things have been getting spicy in the European #RLCS 🌶️
