	Lord Dominik's Regards & Mortal Reminder	Both items see an increase in armor penetration from 30% to 35%, enhancing damage against tanky foes.
	Verdant Barrier	Its cost has been reduced from 1800 to 1700, making it a more affordable option for magic resistance early on.
	Infinity Edge	Receives a significant boost, with bonus crit damage going up from 40% to 50%, making critical hits even more devastating.
	Navori Quickblades	Its AD increases from 60 to 65, and the recipe changes, with a Pickaxe replaced by a BF Sword. The cost remains unchanged, making it a more attractive choice for AD carries.

Nerfs

	Brutalizer	Now offers less lethality, reducing its armor-penetrating power from 8 to 5.
	Caulfield's Warhammer	Attack damage (AD) decreased from 25 to 20.
	Fiendish Codex	Ability power (AP) lowered from 35 to 25.
	Haunting Guise	AP decreased from 35 to 30.

	Steel Sigil	Added another armor cloth to its recipe without changing the cost, potentially offering more defense.
	Serrated Dirk	The item's lethality is increased from 7 to 10, boosting its armor penetration capabilities. Also, to maintain balance, its Attack Damage (AD) is reduced from 25 to 20, moderating its impact in the early game.
	Worlds Atlas & Runic Compass	Both items see their upgrade thresholds reduced (to 400 and 800 gold, respectively), but with decreased gold generation from damage and minions, affecting their efficiency in gold accumulation.
	Hearthbound Axe	Its price was reduced from 1200 to 1150, and its AD decreased from 20 to 15, making it slightly cheaper but less powerful.
	Spectre's Cowl	A Rejuvenation Bead is added to its recipe, with the overall cost remaining the same. Health is reduced from 250 to 200, and Health Regen is decreased from 150% to 100%, now offering flat regeneration rather than being based on damage taken.

• Colossal Smash (Passive): Now, hitting champions with abilities reduces its cooldown by 3 seconds per cast, but it’s no longer affected by ability haste.
• Shield of Durand (W): The damage MR ratio is cut from 12% per 100 MR to 8%, but it now scales with 1% per 100 bonus HP. The AP ratio is reduced from 30% to 20%, and its cooldown is shortened from 18-14 seconds to 18-12 seconds.
• Justice Punch (E): The AP ratio is lowered from 90% to 75%, but damage to non-champions jumps from 50% to 85%. Its cooldown has also been reduced, now 9-7 seconds from 11-7 seconds previously.
