Kaiser to join Team Heretics for LEC 2024

After having a tough season, especially at the end of it, Norman “Kaiser” Kaiser seems to have a verbal agreement to join Team Heretics for LEC 2024.

There is no doubt that many of us might have been expecting this news, considering how poorly the season ended for Kaiser with Team Vitality. However, it was also possible that the player would stay with the organization to try to redeem himself and thus prove that he still has a lot of talent to contribute at the highest competitive level.

Reports indicate Kaiser will play with Team Heretics in 2024

According to a report from popular esports journalist Alejandro “anonimotum” Gomis, Kaiser has a verbal agreement to join Team Heretics for the 2024 LEC.

If this move is confirmed, there is no doubt that it would be excellent news for Team Heretics and all its fans. The fact that we see Kaiser alongside Victor “Flakked” Lirola in the bot lane makes us think that Team Heretics will have a team with exceptional firepower in 2024.

On the other hand, talking about the Spanish squad, we can say that they had many ups and downs during their first season at the highest competitive level of the LEC. In addition, the team struggled to find a way to perform consistently throughout the year. As a result, Heretics could not have outstanding performances and was left out of all international tournaments.

It is also fair to mention that Team Heretics made several changes to their roster throughout the season, as they suffered unexpected losses in the first two splits.

Finally, the team was able to close their 2023 season with a good performance in the Summer Split, as they advanced to the Group Stage after finishing fourth in the regular season. They then managed to qualify for the playoffs, where Fnatic eliminated them. However, there is no doubt that Team Heretics improved a lot at the end of the season, giving the team’s fans good expectations for the upcoming season.

Kaiser would strengthen Team Heretics in several ways

If the move is confirmed, there is no doubt that Kaiser can be a critical piece in the success and career of Team Heretics. The experience, winning blood, leadership, and many other things that Kaiser can bring can help the Spanish organization at all times.

Along with Marcin “Jankos” Jankowski, Kaiser could be one of the voices for the younger players to unleash their full potential. At the same time, both Flakked and Vincent “Vetheo” Berrié would be able to demonstrate their individual and team quality.

However, nothing is confirmed yet, and we have to wait and see if Team Heretics decides to move on from any of the other players they currently have on the roster.
