Jukeyz banned due to accidental bikini stream

British Warzone pro Jukeyz was banned from tournaments after he was caught watching a bikini stream during the broadcast of a $200K tournament hosted by OpTic Gaming. While most of the streamers were preparing for the match, Jukeyz was caught watching a stream from novaruu, which the commentators immediately pointed out to the viewers and the stream was quickly taken down.

The community reacted to the incident with a few laughs, but Activision did not find the matter funny at all and drew harsh consequences.

Jukeyz itself announced the punishment without giving much information about the ban and how long it will be. Fans are therefore wondering what the ban is all about and how it will affect Jukeyz’s future in the gaming industry and his career. This incident has raised questions about the boundaries between personal and professional behavior in the gaming community and sparked discussions about the consequences of “inappropriate” behavior.

Jukeyz is banned from Warzone events for some time

Jukeyz has been banned from participating in tournaments hosted by for at least two months, although the exact date is unclear. Jukeyz announced the ban himself on Twitter or X, stating that he did not intentionally break the rules. He said that he is very sorry about what happened and also expressed uncertainty as to whether or not he could appeal the ban. The community reaction to the ban was supportive of Jukeyz, with some pointing out the irony that he was banned for a broadcast that was about an 18+ game like Warzone.

Jukeyz finds the ban unjustified, as do his fans and the community in general. It remains to be seen whether Activision will show mercy after all or if they will keep the ban.

The incident also occurred just after Twitch updated its sexual content guidelines following controversy over the platform’s “topless” trend, which quickly grew in popularity. Twitch has significantly relaxed its rules regarding nudity and sexual content, so it seems all the more hypocritical that Jukeyz should be banned over such an incident, after all, nothing explicit was shown, just a female streamer in a mini reindeer costume – and only for a few seconds.

Fans are curious to see if Jukeyz can appeal his ban and what Twitch will do with its content guidelines in the future. At the moment, there is a lot of chaos regarding the new rules, as Twitch’s “Artistic Nudity Update” has opened the door for a lot of inappropriate content.
