In addition, the organization announced that its sixth player, André “TxoziN” Saidel, will be the one to fill the spot left by heat in the team. Recall that MIBR will be playing for their lives in the last two games of the VCT Americas League regular season.

The current situation of MIBR in the VCT Americas is worrying. The team is in second to last place in the table with a 2-5 record, and to qualify for the next phase of the tournament; they must win their two remaining games and wait for the results of other teams.

MIBR started the season very well, winning two of their first three games against Sentinels (2-0) and NRG (2-1). After that, however, the level of the team completely collapsed, and they lost the last four games they played against Leviathan (0-2), Sentinels (0-2), FURIA (0-2), and Cloud9 (0-2). As we can see, the most worrying thing is that they have not managed to win a single map, so the team’s overall performance is really low.

On the other hand, it is worth noting that, until now, heat was the team’s best player. MIBR’s Duelist has so far the best Rating of the team with 0.94, and although he has not been the team’s MVP so far, MIBR’s two victories have been, to a great extent, thanks to the young Brazilian’s performance.
