Guild Esports PLC, owned by David Beckham, has officially launched Guild Studios, an in-house creative and production company created to connect brands and media owners with esports, gaming, Gen-Alpha, and Gen-Z consumers.

According to a Guild Esports statement, Guild Studios represents a significant new revenue stream for the company. They are generating six-figure pounds sterling with the launch of guaranteed campaigns and projects with major brands such as Samsung.

Sobre Guild Studios

Guild Studios offers the AIM-listed company the ability to provide brands, agencies, and media owners:

  • End-to-end creative services
  • Production and consultancy in the field of esports marketing

Independent of selling brand rights to Guild assets or intellectual property, it will sign client directives to work on specific campaigns.

The company is in an excellent position to become the leading consulting and implementation agency for esports and gaming projects; for brands looking to connect with the estimated 600 million esports fans worldwide through a combination of in-house creative and production services, Guild’s leading physical facilities in Shoreditch and Guild’s incubator programs.

Guild Studios Campaigns

Guild Studios’ campaigns will focus on the following:

  • Online and video content
  • Social media platforms
  • Live esports events
  • In-game advertising

Guild Esports CEO Jasmine Skee has stated:

“Creating new revenue streams and generating value for investors are the company’s key objectives for 2023.”

“Guild Studios enables us to monetize our vast in-house expertise in esports by supporting brand owners and sponsors with innovative campaigns, branded content, and advertising to a range of companies looking to grow their engagement.”

Contract with Samsung

Guild Studios has acquired client contracts with brands such as Samsung Mobile since the January 2023 progressive launch.

Guild Studios co-hosted an influencer-led event with Samsung in early February to celebrate the Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphone launch at Westfield White City. In addition, a Mobile Esports “Roll-Up” day was held on February 25 to showcase the Galaxy S23’s gaming capabilities.

This is Samsung and Guild’s third joint venture. Since June 2021, Samsung Display has served as Guild’s official display partner, and since June 2022, Samsung’s TV/AV business has served as Guild’s official TV partner in Ireland and the UK.

Separately, Jasmine Skee adds:

“We were delighted to work with Samsung for the launch of the new Galaxy S23,” said Skee. “It is the third time they have partnered with us since becoming a major sponsor in June 2021, highlighting the strength of our value proposition and ability to engage with otherwise hard-to-reach Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha consumers.”
