FaZe and G2 have secured their spots at the Spring Final as the Group Stage of the BLAST Premier Spring Groups came to a close.
The three remaining seats at the Spring Final will be decided by a single-elimination bracket between the teams that have not yet qualified. In the first round, the third and fourth-placed teams from each group will square off. The winners advance to play the second-placed teams from their group for a spot in the Spring Final.

G2 qualified for Spring Final with a win over the Ukrainian juggernauts
G2 routed NAVI once again on the battlefield, continuing its dominance over the Ukrainian team after initially defeating them in the Group B upper final. The second meeting between the two teams began on Inferno, where Nikola “NiKo” Kova completely obliterated NAVI’s defense to secure a decisive 16-6 victory.

With his team leading the best-of-three series 1-0, NiKo kept up his impressive play for the German squad, putting up a 1.49 rating and 25 kills on Nuke to boost his team to a 16-10 victory. Denis “electroNic” Sharipov pulled off a great performance to keep NAVI’s hopes alive, but the squad still fall far shot short of defeating the German team as the rest of the team appeared ineffective on the map.
This defeat dropped NAVI to the knockout round, where they will play the winner of the North American duel between Evil Geniuses and Complexity.
FaZe crushed OG in the Group B final to qualify for BLAST Spring Final
FaZe becomes the second team to qualify for the $425,000 BLAST Premier Spring Final after shocking OG with a 2-0 victory. After a back-and-forth battle that featured an incredible 1vs4 clutch from Abdul “degster” Gasanov, FaZe secured a 16-14 victory on their own map pick Mirage.
Helvijs “broky” Saukants once again stole the show with a 1.22 rating and 24 kills to maintain his position as the tournament’s highest-rated player. Inn “karrigan” Andersen and crew followed up their hot streak on Ancient, securing a massive 11:4 lead thanks to Patrick “es3tag” Hansen, who recorded a total of 18 kills for the team.

In the second half, FaZe continued to dominate the server as broky and his AWP join es3tag to help the European combine secure a handy 16-6 victory. The young stand-in player es3tag and CS:GO veteran broky pushed OG to the knockout stage, where they will face the winner of Astralis and Ninjas in Pyjamas matchup in the second round.
