Patrik “f0rest” Lindberg is one of the most successful and enduring Counter-Strike players of all time. In his nearly 20-year career, he has competed in countless tournaments and won an overwhelming number of trophies. And it turns out there are too many for him to even remember where to keep them — so he just stuffed some of his medals in a bag.
f0rest admitted that he just has too many medals and not enough space to present them all. So he keeps them in a plastic bag.
Bag full of trophies
During a recent stream, f0rest showed off the bag, which was filled with medals most gamers can only dream of. Medals from ESL One, WCG, ESWC and the Arbalet Cup can be seen underneath the gigantic stack of player badges. In his career, f0rest has played in 145 finals and won 92 of them.
At the moment, the legendary 34-year-old Swede is a free agent because his former organization Dignitas decided to exit CS:GO in mid-August. That said, f0rest’s plan is to continue competing.
f0rest’s incredible career
f0rest is considered one of the best Counter-Strike players in the world, who has been playing CS at the highest level since 2005. He made his international debut in South Korea in 2005 with team Begrip Gaming. After winning the World Esport Games, f0rest dropped out of high school to pursue his talent and devote himself full-time to CS.
He is best known for spending four years with Fnatic, making them the dominant team of 2009 with the highest team earnings in Counter-Strike at that time. He joined Fnatic in 2006, when the team with his help won the Cyberathlete Professional League Championship, the World Tour and was successful at the Electronic Sports World Cup. He also won the Counter-Strike Player of the Year award.
In late 2010, he left Fnatic and signed with SK Gaming, where he was again very successful and continued to collect a lot of medals. Two years later, he moved to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and joined Ninjas in Pyjamas. With Ninjas in Pajamas, the legend reached the Grand Final of all Major CS:GO tournaments up until ESL One Cologne 2015. In August 2014, they also won the ESL One Cologne. Then, at the beginning of 2020, he left NiP for Dignitas.
With so many wins, it’s really no wonder that f0rest eventually ran out of space to keep the medals somewhere.
