The gaming world is buzzing with excitement as the Esports Awards 2023 reveals its finalists, setting the stage for a memorable celebration of excellence in gaming and esports.

The Esports Awards 2023  promises to be bigger and more innovative than ever, with the prestigious awards ceremony taking place on the 29th and 30th of November at the cutting-edge nightclub, Zouk, in Las Vegas. From pro players to on-air talent, the awards showcase the incredible achievements and contributions made in the esports industry.

In the Pro category, the competition is fierce. Teams like Team Vitality, Fnatic, and Evil Geniuses have been nominated for Esports Team of the Year. Team Vitality, in particular, has made a mark in CS: GO and Rocket League, showcasing their dominance in multiple esports arenas. JD Gaming in League of Legends and New York Subliners in Call of Duty are also in the running.

The title of Esports Organisation of the Year is up for grabs, with heavyweights like Team Liquid, G2 Esports, and 100 Thieves in contention. As before, Team Vitality stands out as a powerhouse, but Karmine Corp and NRG are equally strong competitors as well.

Recognizing the Behind-the-Scenes talent:

The On-Air Talent category pays tribute to the individuals who bring the excitement of esports to fans worldwide. Eefje “Sjokz” Depoortere, Alex “GoldenBoy” Mendez, and many other talented hosts and casters have been recognized for their exceptional contributions. Esteemed journalists such as Richard Lewis and Cecilia D’Anastasio have been nominated for the Esports Journalist of the Year award, highlighting their dedication to delivering insightful stories from the world of esports.

As voting for the awards continues, fans and industry insiders eagerly anticipate the winners’ announcement. The Turbo voting period from November 13th to 20th, where votes are worth double, adds an extra layer of excitement to the event. Voting closes on November 20th for most categories but extends until November 25th for Esports PC Player, Esports Organisation, and Esports Team of the Year.

In addition to the awards ceremony, the Esports Awards 2023 will host PWR UP Las Vegas, an electrifying esports, tech, and gaming conference. The event will feature the groundbreaking Esports Awards Open, a golf tournament that brings industry executives and celebrities together, promising to redefine the future of esports.
