The North American esports organization, Dignitas, continues to make different moves in their lineups. This time the protagonist again is Fortnite, as they have announced the signing of Leon “Khanada” Khim for the 2023 season.

This again proves that Dignitas is fully committed to the Fortnite competitive scene. In addition, this signing also generates some peace of mind for fans, organizations, and sponsors alike regarding the future of competitive Fortnite. Let’s remember that in recent months many organizations have decided to move away from the scene, claiming that it is not profitable economically.

Dignitas signs Khanada to reinforce its Fortnite team

Last March 1, in the evening hours, Dignitas announced the signing of Leon “Khanada” Khim for the 2023 season. This signing comes a few days after also joining the ranks of the North American outfit, the 2019 Fortnite World Champion, Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf.

Khanada is one of the best professional Fortnite players in the world and has been making waves within the competitive queue since Chapter 1. The popular streamer now joins a team like Dignitas that undoubtedly has the most powerful Fortnite lineup in the history of this esports.

Khanada joins Dignitas on the eve of the FNCS Grand Final

This weekend marks the FNCS 2023 – Major 1: North America East – Grand Finals, and every player in the Dignitas lineup will say presently there. Although they will not do it as a team, we can highlight that the organization will have different alternatives to be crowned in the tournament.

As we mentioned, the fact that Dignitas is betting so heavily on the Fortnite competitive scene is good news for many. Undoubtedly, this can serve other organizations to follow this path, and we can again enjoy Fortnite at the highest competitive level.

As we can see, in Khanada’s presentation video, there was only Bugha and Fortnite content creator and commentator, AussieAntics. This indeed announces that much more legendary. Aussie joins Dignitas during the Grand Finals to assist in broadcasting a completely live BootCamp.

On the other hand, Bugha’s presence was a spectacular coup for Dignitas, and his words about Khanada will create a better atmosphere between these new teammates.

Khanda and Bugha favored winning the trophy

Khanada will play in the Grand Finals alongside Ajerss, while Bugha will play alongside Peterbot. There is no doubt that both duos are the favorites to win, as the level of this pair of players is exceptional.

Being at this stage is not new for Khanada, as the 19-year-old has played in 16 Grand Finals. But now, he is ready to take the competitive Fortnite scene to the top with this signing.

Having two players, Bugha and Khanada, in his team revives the Fortnite scene. Many sponsorships are currently looking to represent different teams, but there is a shortage of big teams in this Battle Royale. That’s why we say this is a strategic move by Dignitas, both for them and the game itself.
