CoD Warzone Mobile beta expands to Sweden, Norway, and Chile

The mobile version of one of the world’s most popular Battle Royale, Call of Duty: Warzone, is now available in its beta version in different regions. According to the developers, this is part of different tests they have been doing in regions such as Australia, where it has succeeded.

Thanks to this, the developers have expanded the beta version to include three new countries:

• Sweden
• Norway
• Chile

Three new countries have access to CoD Warzone Mobile

After Chris Plummer, the co-director of Activision’s mobile division, announced last March 16 that the first tests in Australia had been satisfactory and that new regions would be added soon, it is now a reality. According to CharlieIntel, the CoD Warzone Mobile beta is now available in Sweden, Norway, and Chile.

This, besides allowing more players to play this excellent BR mobile, will also allow players to have new opinions about the game before its global release, which has not yet been announced.

In addition to these three countries mentioned and Australia, Brazil also received access to Activision’s mobile BR. On the other hand, many communities worldwide still await the announcement that the game will finally arrive in their respective countries.

What content is known about CoD Warzone Mobile?

After several months in beta, players with access to the game say two game modes are available; the popular Battle Royale and a team multiplayer mode. On the other hand, there is also a battle pass in which you can see some of the game’s contents on PC and consoles, such as the ISO Hemlock, the KV Broadside, and the Dual Kodachi.

On the other hand, we also observe two operators in the full MW2 game, Fender and Ronin.

In addition, it has also been confirmed that when the game is released globally, there will be cross-progress in terms of a battle pass and player accounts. This means that those players who have some progress in the console game will also serve for the mobile game.

Next countries & release date

There is still no information regarding the countries included in the CoD Warzone Mobile beta. Unfortunately, players must wait for Activision to provide the information.

On the other hand, the exact date for the global release of the mobile game is still unknown. The developers still want to continue testing and receive user feedback before launching the game worldwide.

The latest information regarding this had been that the game would be released by the end of 2022. However, with the inclusion of new countries in the beta version, we can only think that the release date will not be in the next few weeks but in 2023.

Indeed, the iOS App Store states that the release date is expected to be May 15, 2023. So far, that would be the date of the game’s possible release.
