Movements continue in the CS:GO competitive scene and, this time, Into The Breach, has completed its lineup for IEM Cologne 2023 with the signing of Adam “NEOFRAG” Zouhar and Aurimas “Bymas” Pipiras.

There is no doubt that this is a great addition to the British organization, as both players come from playing at the highest competitive level in big organizations in the scene. In addition, the team intends to continue demonstrating a high level of play in the upcoming events to continue climbing the ESL world ranking.

Recall that ITB qualified for IEM Cologne 2023 thanks to the fact that they are currently ranked #23 in the ESL world, with 180 points. As a result, the team received a direct invitation from one of the world’s top tournament organizers.

Into The Breach announces CS:GO lineup

Through a statement on its Twitter account, the British organization, Into The Breach announced its CS:GO lineup with bymas and NEOFrag as new additions.

In early July, it was reported that ITB decided to drop Cai “CYPHER” Watson and Sebastian “volt” Malos, both of whom were part of the team’s starting lineup since February 2023. However, this move is crucial for the team, as they greatly improve their firepower and keep their hopes alive for a pleasant surprise at IEM Cologne 2023.

Bymas returns to the top-level scene

While bymas has played in different Tier 1 tournaments, this move marks the 19-year-old Lithuanian’s return to the top tier of CS:GO. The last time this player was present at a Tier 1 tournament was at IEM Cologne 2022, playing under the MOUZ banner.

As a result, the Lithuanian has a little less than a year since the last time he participated in an international tournament, so it is quite a challenge what he can do in this foray with Into The Breach. In addition, it is worth noting that ITB is not as strong or as popular a team as MOUZ, so he will not have that extra pressure to show his skills.

On the other hand, we have NEOFrag coming from being inactive in the OG squad since the end of June 2023. The 22-year-old Czech was one of the team’s mainstays heading into the 2022 season, but OG’s disappointing results this 2023 have catapulted the player.

Finally, Into The Breach’s lineup heading into the second half of 2023 looks as follows:

  • Karol “rallen” Rodowicz
  • Joey “CRUC1AL” Steusel
  • Thomas “Thomas” Utting
  • Bymas
  • NEOFRAG
  • Gustavo “Juve” Alexandre – Head Coach

Into The Breach will be able to showcase its new lineup at one of the season’s most important events, the IEM Cologne 2023. In addition to being one of the tournaments that distributes more prize money in cash, it involves the best teams in the world, so we will have guaranteed emotions from start to finish.

On the other hand, this may be one of the last major CS:GO tournaments, as CS2 is likely to be launched in several weeks. As a result, all teams will want to give their all to be the winners of this wonderful tournament.
