Best loadout for Chimera in Warzone 2

The most recent update of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 brought a well-known weapon by many fans of this title, the so-called Honey Badger. We saw this classic AR for the first time in CoD: Ghost, and now we have it in MW2 under the name Chimera.

The official in-game description of the weapon say:

“With an integrated suppressor and slow, high-energy .300 BLK rounds, the Chimera is adept at close combat,” “The subsonic .300 BLK ammunition features no visible tracers and hides the enemy team’s killer skulls.”

The Chimera assault rifle comes to Modern Warfare 2 to be part of the Bruen Ops family as the third weapon.

Reading the description we just mentioned, we can realize the Chimera’s strengths. However, despite being an assault rifle, it is not very good at long distances, so it is not recommended to use it in wide open spaces.

However, it is possible to make it much more powerful and thus turn it into a beast of the game by using the accessories we will discuss below.

The Chimera assault rifle, by default, is a weapon that appears to function more like an SMG than a traditional AR. That is, it is a weapon that works great at close range.

These accessories we have just mentioned will improve the Chimera in fundamental aspects such as damage, accuracy, and recoil control.

At the same time, you should be aware that the Chimera may still not be a very effective assault rifle at long distances, especially when confronted with weapons that excel at this point.

We recommend that you keep battles with the Chimera against enemies at medium and close range to avoid problems with the Honey Badger in your hands in MW2.

• Tactic: Stun Granade
• Lethal: Semtex

The Stun Grenade is one of the most commonly used pieces of equipment that can slow enemy movement. At the same time, the Semtex will allow you to take out players hiding anywhere.

How to Unlock the Chimera

Players can unlock this assault rifle in the following way:

• Completing the challenge in multiplayer mode.
• Extracting it in DMZ mode (not yet available)
• Buying it in a bundle in the in-game store.
